Starting in the Middle

This is where I will make, bake, and destroy… I mean… be creative… yes. There will be mistakes, mess and failed experiments, but there will also be delicious creations, learning and fun. This is how I bake. Deal with it.

I am aiming to post something every week (don’t be mad if I don’t, though), and it will often be about my baking. There may be some other stuff thrown in, like what I do with my food scraps. That being said, let’s get started!
